Give every window a job.
The useful question is not how many screens you can open. It is which windows you keep covering up. A photographer might switch between a client brief, a photo, a list of filenames and a delivery folder dozens of times. A wider workspace can keep those references visible while the editing stays in one place.

The Amazon listing says a driver is required. KYY’s connection guide shows a full-function USB-C connection and recommends PD power for stable operation. A USB-C-shaped socket alone does not confirm the setup will work.
Laptop + operating system
Ask KYY to confirm your exact laptop model, OS version and required driver before ordering. On a managed work computer, check whether installation is allowed.
Port + power
Confirm the cable, port capabilities and external power requirements for the intended layout. Check the supplied accessories instead of assuming every cable or adapter is included.
Space + comfort
Measure the usable desk, allow room for the stand and set a comfortable viewing height. A setup that packs away still needs space when open.
More desktop space is not a color guarantee.
Keep the main photograph on a display you trust. Use the other screens for notes, folders and delivery checks until you have evaluated their color consistency yourself. Manufacturer specifications do not establish calibration accuracy or prove how different panels will match.
For paid work, compare a known reference image, check skin tones and review the exported file before delivery. Read our color-workspace guide for a repeatable review process. We have not measured these panels, tested driver behavior or benchmarked the effect on a laptop.
A practical session to try
Start with one project. Put the shoot instructions on a reference screen, open the source folder beside it, and keep one editing session active. Preview your first look, then run the chosen sequence on the selected photos. Work through the delivery checklist only after comparing the saved edits with the originals.
Our take: consider this format when window switching is the problem. If your priority is final color judgment, compare it with a single calibrated display before spending on extra screens.
