1. The service

Photo Logic Studio provides photo import, local adjustments, AI-assisted image editing when configured, comparison and export. AI results may change objects, faces, text, colors or other details. No particular appearance, resolution recovery, identity fidelity or commercial result is guaranteed. Review every output before use.

2. Your account and permissions

You must have authority to enter this agreement and the rights needed to upload, edit and use the images. Obtain permission from photographers, depicted people and other rights holders where required. A model release does not transfer a photographer’s copyright. A parent or legal guardian must authorize use of a minor’s likeness where required. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonation, nonconsensual intimate imagery or images you lack authority to process.

3. Image processing and ownership

You retain your rights in uploaded material. You authorize processing only to provide your requested service, including transmission to the configured AI provider for AI edits. HEIC conversion takes place on your device. New uploads save the original file and a preview to your private account library; AI results and completed AI exports are retained for later access. Keep separate backups and contact support for deletion requests. We do not receive permission to use your photos in marketing merely because you use the service. Promotional use requires a separate, specific release.

4. Costs, previews and payment

The final price, taxes and credit terms will be shown before purchase. Previewing or rerunning an AI edit creates a separate processing request. Matching completed previews are reused by the batch workflow. Admin accounts are not billed. During the beta, each AI attempt is charged at twice its confirmed image-provider cost, with an estimated $0.18 per standard prompt application. Estimates are not guaranteed quotas. We temporarily hold $0.50 in credit per attempt and return the unused portion after cost confirmation. Payment and hosting fees are not separately deducted from your credit balance. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.

5. Errors, refunds and credit balances

Interrupted provider requests may incur cost even if no image is delivered. Unconfirmed costs require reconciliation. Credit purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused credits roll over and remain available in your account for future edits; they do not expire at the end of a month or billing period. Contact support about billing errors or disputed charges. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Automatic retries can create another charge; you can turn off the retry option before starting. Contact support if a charge or hold needs review.

6. Use and disclosure of edited images

Do not present edited images as unaltered evidence. Follow applicable advertising, platform, professional and property-listing requirements. Disclose material edits where required. Evaluate whether an image could mislead about a person, product, property or event. The service does not verify factual accuracy, consent or third-party rights.

7. Availability and liability

The service depends on browsers, hosting and third-party providers and may be interrupted. Originals should be retained separately. This is a beta service: features may change and errors or outages may occur. Keep your originals and download completed work. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. Contact our support email for service, account closure, billing, or dispute concerns. These terms do not impose arbitration, waive court access, or exclude rights and remedies that apply under law. No exclusion applies where prohibited by law.
